By accessing and using OmniFix, a service provided by Meijermind, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
OmniFix provides AI-powered diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance for various devices, including automobiles, home appliances, and smart tech. Our AI models analyze the symptoms you provide and suggest potential fixes. Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused by following these suggestions. Always consult a certified professional for critical repairs.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- You may access certain features via a one-time payment or a monthly subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OmniFix and Meijermind expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Meijermind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
